Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Pumpkin seed is used in herbal medicine as supportive therapy for bladder irritation in both men and women. In men, pumpkin seed is used in herbal medicine to relieve micturition (urination) problems associated with the early stages of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Recommended Dose: Recommended adult dose:

• First 2 weeks: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

• After the first 2 weeks: 1 capsule 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions & Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner in cases of blood in the urine or acute urine retention, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Hypersensitivity (allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not take if you are allergic to Cucurbita species. Keep out of reach of children.
