Suggested Use

Recommended Use: This traditional Ayurvedic drink makes it easy to boost your turmeric intake and is packed with powerhouse spices for enhanced bioavailability.

Recommended Dose: Add 1 scoop (approx. 5 g) to your choice of beverage (minimum 200 mL recommended) and shake or blend until smooth. To make a hot delicious chai latte, simply mix into heated milk or nut milk.
